DMC Athletics and Rehabilitation is a therapist-owned private outpatient orthopedic facility. The focus of the facility is towards the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries as well as everyday physical discomforts. In addition, we offer one-on-one personal training to help achieve goals of weight loss, strength and conditioning, and sports specific activities for the weekend warrior. Furthermore, all training sessions are performed by personal trainers who are also physical therapists. At DMC Athletics and Rehabilitation they have integrated the physical therapy and personal training regimen together in order for you to get "the best of both worlds."

* $70.00 per session

Packets For Training:

* $70 per session, 1 - 10 sessions
* $65 per session, 11 - 20 sessions
* $60 per session, 21 + sessions



Group Training:

* 2 people: $50.00 per person
* 3 people: $40.00 per person
* 4 or more: call for details

Police/Fire Department and Government Officials:

Referees and Umpires (all sports):
