"We will not sell people glasses that don't look good on them." Pretty strong words for an owner of an optical store. But Gary Geller has an unusual passion for his business and that means he holds himself and his staff to a higher standard for customer care.

"The feedback I get from my patients is that we provide the best customer service in the area," Geller said. "We were the first optical store in the mall to have one-hour service, and there are even times when we've made the glasses in 15 minutes."
